Project: Dennis, San Jose

Client requested audio in large backyard re-landscape. By creating 3 separate audio zones in this spacious backyard retreat, we were able to provide even sound coverage throughout. The rock speakers by Niles and Rockustics under eave speakers, created smooth even sound while blending into the landscape and gazebo.

"We use the system mostly for background music but it is nice to know we have plenty of power to spare when entertaining larger crowds. These speaker’s rock!"

Project: Jack, Portola Valley

We were called in by the contractor to provide a large screen TV with a surround sound system in a room with limited space. Our team developed the design to install a 60” Pioneer Plasma along with a Jamo in wall speaker system that worked for the size of the room, as well as storing the Denon amplifier & DVD in the hearth. This kept all of the equipment out of sight. Outside, the Rockoustic Planter Speakers adds smooth sound to the beautiful views from the backyard.

Project: Mark, San Jose

During this basement conversion, the client was demolishing some old built-in benches to make room for his growing family’s recreational needs. After discussing some other “green” solutions we decided to recycle the old bench material into a room matching entertainment center. The Denon surround sound amplifier and DVD player as well as the Velodyne DD10 subwoofer fit to the left of the 60” Pioneer Plasma. I had never shadow boxed a display before but with help from J.M. Upholstery, we were able to quickly construct the angled face frame and covers for the SLS HT8 speakers using black speaker cloth.

"This room came out great, sounds sweet! All that’s left is the Beer
tapper and a football game"

Project: Doug, Saratoga

Sometimes simpler is better. The Denon 3808 surround sound amplifier and DV-2910 DVD player along with the Universal Remote MX900 keep the Hewlet Packard HP58DLP looking good. We installed the Boston Acoustic’s DSI 595 in ceiling speakers to keep the room uncluttered & clean.

"The picture & sound is unbelievable, the speakers just disappear,
Go Sharks!"
